Established in the year 2002, Al-Azhar Arts and Science College is the first institution under the group. Affiliated to M.G. University and approved by Govt. of Kerala, the college offers BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Com courses etc.

Established in the year 2003, the school has classes from KG – XII and follows CBSE English Medium Syllabus. Apart from the studies, the school also focuses on developing creative and intuitive sides of students.

For those students pursuing health sciences, Al-Azhar introduced, Diploma in Health Inspector. The course was established in 2004. The college is approved by Govt. of Kerala. The course has high scope in various health and hygiene sectors.

Established in the year 2007, Al-Azhar Dental College is recognised by Dental Council of India and approved by Govt of Kerala. Affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences, the college offers Bachelor in Dental Science.

Established in 2010 as a private sector self-financing engineering college affiliated to Kerala Technological University. The institute has the approval of AICTE and Government of Kerala
